🍂 Fall in Nags Head is peaceful & inviting at this clean, new 4BR beach retreat. The "Shorebreak" house is just steps from shops, surfing & a short walk to the beach. You’ll enjoy crisp air, golden sunsets & quiet shores. Sip morning coffee on the deck, soak year-round in the private hot tub, or swim in the heated (free heat) saltwater pool Apr-Nov. Evenings call for cozy fireside chats under the stars. A fenced yard adds comfort & privacy for families, friends, or a romantic getaway.

Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - 1 king bed with en suite primary bathroom w/shower - 1 king bed - 2 sets of double bunks (twin over twin) - main bathroom with tub/shower combo Mid level floor - Living room with 85 inch tv - Dining table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably - Additional seating outdoors and at kitchen island - 4th bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Has private access off the kitchen back door that we call our "mother in-law" suite. Also has a mini fridge and microwave. - Washer and dryer Ground level - Heated pool (Pool heat is free - no additional charge) - Hot tub - Fully fenced backyard - Beach gear and beach cruiser bikes - Chairs and umbrellas - Wood burning fire pit (firewood provided) - Gas grill - Outdoor shower We supply: - Bed linens and bath towels - Beach towels - 8 beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use - Cooler - Beach cart that rolls on sand

Other Details to Note

The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is automatically included in the nightly rate by Airbnb when you select that you are brining pets. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival. We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play with sheets are also kept at the house. POOL INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

The home was everything as advertised. It was apparent the host put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay an enjoyable experience. They thought of everything. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Nags Head you would be hard pressed to find a better place than this. Highly recommended!

Had an awesome family weekend here. The house was well kept, and in a great location near plenty of activities, food spots, and golf courses. Host communication was quick and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here - one of, if not the best, Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house was extremely comfortable with the reality being better than the pictures. The hot tub and heated pool was an absolute treat, and the fenced in backyard worked wonderfully for our dogs. The house was well appointed from the kitchen to the laundry room to the bathrooms. The bikes were super fun and although we were here in November and couldn’t use the beach supplies, it was such a thoughtful add on. The beds were also super comfortable with great bedding. Travis and Scott are great hosts and we’re lucky to have found a place that allowed dogs but didn’t compromise in any other way at all. Thank you for a great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen appliances and supplies to thoughtful extras like bikes, wagons, toys, and games. You can tell the owners put a lot of care and attention into every detail to make guests feel comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing — clean, relaxing, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy after a day out. The board games and books were in excellent condition and made for great family time. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this Airbnb for families — the hosts went above and beyond!

This home was fantastic and the pictures do not do it justice! We had my mother and Aunt in town from San Diego and OBX was on my aunt’s bucket list and my son also turned 18 so we killed two birds with one stone and drove down from Va Beach for the weekend. At almost every turn, whenever we thought of something we could use or the house needed, there it was! They have pretty much thought of everything here! The heated pool is wonderful and truly felt like stepping into bath water in mid October, the hot tub was fantastic once the breeze and colder air kicked in, in the evening, the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the boys came back from surfing, the beds were so comfy and the home overall was very inviting! We were looking forward to a fire in the back yard and unfortunately didn’t have any luck getting the wood to catch but we were still able to hang out in the area :) we will definitely be booking again, for a longer stay next time!

We had such a wonderful time! The pictures really don’t even do it justice. The backyard and pool were incredible, and we kept commenting “Wow, they really thought of everything!” Travis and Scott were fantastic to work with and I would absolutely rent this home again - it made my OBX experience very pleasant and memorable.
