POOL INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

You will appreciate the fantastic location of this beachside house. It's steps from a popular coffee shop, The Front Porch Cafe, as well as near one of the very best beach accesses in Nags Head - Abalone Street. The Outer Surf Shop is at the end of the street and provides surfboard rentals and lessons. The beach access is a favorite because it typically has a sandbar at low tide that keeps the water more shallow than other areas along the oceanfront. You can also take a stroll to the Nags Head pier and comb the beach for shells along the way. Dogs are also allowed on Nags Head beaches year round. Many other shops and dining options are nearby this centrally located beach house.

Guest Access

Guests will have the entire "Pipe Dreams" house, which includes a ground level with a carport and picnic table. This ground level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, beach cruiser bikes, and beach gear. The house has a living space with a smart TV. YouTube TV is offered for watching live channels, and you can also access your own streaming services too. The dining table has seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a king bed and en suite master bath, a second with another king bed, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds). There is a full bath with a shower/tub in the hallway as well. The private hot tub is open year-round and the private pool is heated (at no additional charge) and available April thru November (we'll keep it open longer weather permitting).

The place was great. Clean and had all the extra little things. Dish detergent, coffee pods to get you started, salt and pepper, shampoo in the showers..... The backyard was a little Oasis.

My wife and I have been to the obx dozens of times and this was our favorite that we have stayed. Perfect location for us...quick walk to beach, the grocery store, coffee, etc. Spotless and clean, well furnished and comfortable beds. Wonderful kitchen and well equipped. We loved the fenced yard and firepit. Thanks and will certainly rent from again.

This home was extremely nice. Communication with the owners was wonderful. Responses to my questions were answered quickly and I even received friendly reminders about trash pickup. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of bath towels for the 8 of us and 6 beach/pool towels were available too. The heated pool was an unexpected surprise for a November stay and the hot tub was used everyday. We also were able to use the grill and the solo stove. There was definitely enough firewood to keep the fire going for several hours. I would recommend this Nags Head home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation.

Wir haben spontan zu fĂŒnft ein Wochenende in Outer Banks Nag Head verbracht und in diesem grossartigen Haus gewohnt. Es war rundum wunderschön, der beheizte Pool hat uns viel Freude gemacht und alles im und um das Haus war super sauber, gut durchdacht, super ausgestattet! Der Gastgeber hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und wir konnten spontan noch eine Nacht dazu buchen. Wenn wir Zeit gehabt hĂ€tten, wĂ€ren wir gerne noch viel lĂ€nger geblieben! Ich kann dieses Haus und diesen Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

Find us

You'll be in the heart of Nags Head, near galleries, shops, and dining. Not to mention the close walking proximity to the Abalone beach access (a local favorite). There is a popular walking and jogging path just a block away too along the beach road. The Front Porch Cafe coffee shop is 100 feet away, and a grocery store is in the same shopping center.
